Its been a days before the incoming new year. All of people are getting ready to prepare the most festive days of filipinos, after christmas days. This is where any place in philippines tgat fireworks displays on air and on land can witness, except Davao City, Philippines because Mayor Rudy Duterte banned dangerous fireworks, instead they used loud speakers and nonstop dance parties, to keep their city 100% Safe from danger of fireworks.
But, here in Metro Manila, Danger is not except to use dangerous fireworks. That's why the Department of Health (DOH) is making advertisements to avoid all filipinos from dangers of fireworks. Their advertisement on Television is very intense and advice all viewers that we should aviod fireworks. Lastly, we seen many incidents of victims who are been hit by false fireworks. And sadly, some victims are died due to bullet of a firearms.
Before the Christmas Days, OIC Chief of PNP Gen. Leonardo Espina ordered to sealed all service firearms of their police men, Cheif of Polices in All over the Philippines and even their counter parts. But, some reports are incoming that some victims are from bullets of firearms. Thats why Gen. Espina warns all police officers to not use indiscriminate firing. Now, Philippine National Police (PNP) and NCRPO are monitoring on all over police offices to report any incidents or victims of stray bullets. Using dangerous fireworks that listed by PNP and BFP or the Bureau of Fire Protection.
But, lastly. We, the citizens are still the one who responsible in danger of fireworks. We must be alert and be warned on danger of fireworks and stray bullets. We must cooperate to Local Government Units to improve the services they will give. Report any incidents of using illegal and deadly fireworks and indiscriminate firing even not or government officers. Follow the rules to keep safe this coming New Year!
