"Job Tips, How to be prepared on a Job Interview"

Today, There are so many filipino graduates that are not yet been hired in many job openings in the philippines. So thats why the Department Of Labor & Employment (DOLE) is conducting a Job fairs in all major parts of Luzon, Visayas And Mindanao. These Job fairs will help lessens the unemployment rate in the philippines, but not totally, in all job fairs conducted, some of these are not hired and some are luckily got hired. Considered also that some of applicants are applying for a company that not mostly suitable to their courses or degree. So thats why the unemployment rate is still rising this year.


          So we need to consider that when we are applying a job, we need to be all prepared and we review some background of the company. And our priority is the be positive as always. So we give some simple yet effective tips on how to get your dream job.

1.) In appearance to the company, check yourself first. If you are applying for an office postion, make sure that you have a PROPER HAIRCUT. We need to consider that human resources are very strict in hiring every employees, they depend the hiring first on appreance. For boys, try shaving your beards and make sure no earings and any gadgets seen while on a interview. For girls, try using make up, dress for an office attire and be refresh as always.

2.) Prepare all needed requirements in an interview. Try to have at least 4 copies of each requirements to be prepared. Also, some appointment needs a photo, you need to have a 1x1, 2x2 photo Office attire. And align all requirements properly to be more impressive and formal to the interviewee. Resume is needed to be updated, all the details should be correct
and written perfectly, don't forget to signature the resume before submitting to the interviewer.  Gather alk requirements, the xerox copies and photos to a folder.

3.) If you just recieved the notification, via email or text or call, read or understand it correctly. Follow the instructions on given info for an interview, consider the time, needed requirements, dress attire, location and name of the company. Beware of fake texts that are
more suspicious and not trusthworthy.

4.) If you have the name of the company, try reviewing or getting the facts on history, mission, visions, goals, or any products or items are. In an interview, this will be ask on what do you know about the company. Remember the facts about the company, it will add to chance to get hired.

5.) In an appointment on interview, arrived on the location, early before the given time, so that you will not be late or get rejected. Time is important on every company, so dont waste

6.) Try bringing any identification cards, ifyou are going to an office building, this is what are the important thing.

This is just a simple reminders, but its up to you if you will suceed, we need to understand, some company here in the philippines are very strict and give all knowledge you have. Finding a job is not easy today, compare before. The more positive thinking you got, the more chances to get hired!!
