"Typhoon Glenda: The whole Day rain with intense wind!"

PAGASA said last night of July 15, 2014 on their forecast update on televisions, radio and social media accounts that typhoon glenda will be a tropical cyclone storm,  so they advised all the people and residents, especially in some parts with storm signals to be prepared and ready for any happenings. Right after that announcement,based on our monitoring, the storm is not yet feel here in Metro Manila by the time of 10pm of july 15. But after of July 16, 2014; on a news flash, they advised all residents to charge all of their gadgets, especially communications and emergency lights. They maybe a possibilities of cut off of the electricity due to strong winds of typhoon glenda. 3am of july 16, 2014; electricity cut off eventually and rain starts. The rain continous with a merely winds.

      In the time of 5:30am, intense rain is experienced in some parts of metro manila, but the
typhoon glenda is been experienced in some part of visayas, in Cebu, Samar. But in the morning, typhoon glenda gives hard rain in metro manila. Floods been seen in some parts, but not that very severe. Typhoon Glenda is much more experienced in intense wind, causing all trees, post lines, billboards, satellites and towers even cranes affected. On a radio news broadcast, even crossing vehicles and crew cabs of news is been pushed by the much wind of Typhoon Glenda.

The typhoon glenda hit metro manila within 3 hours continously and non stop. Causing to closed some parts of malls, schools, government extension offices. Some major roads are affected by fallen down trees and roofs been blown away. The dpwh is monitoring all national roads and highways to monitor if all or some roads are passable. But after three hours, rains slows downs and it hit the upper part of luzon. The casualties declared by National Disaster Risk Reduction Management Council or NDRMMC, there are ten 10 casualties are reported in the typhoon glenda.
