The incident happens when a Miserati Sports car take a violation in traffic roads. Mmda enforcer Adriatico try to stop the miserati but, when it try to escape, he chase it. And also he record on this cellphone the act of the businessman. When he try to record a video on the sports car, he threw punch on the enforcer, making the nos of the enforcer, dislocates. Due to this issues happen, MMDA Chairman Francis Tolentino orders a reward to wherever give information where the suspect is. After a week, businessman ingco appear on a interview on TV Patrol and explains his sides. He will also file counter charge on the enforcer. But the reward of 100, 000 pesos is still on the head of the suspect businessman.

On a event held by the relatives ofvictims of maguindanao massacre, they are still trying to get hope that someday, they will have justice and punished these persons, including the Ampatuan, who are the leading prime suspects.
